The Scope of Work includes 13 residential buildings, 2 buildings   with retail areas and 1 hub building  “fully furnished guest rooms”. The item includes all infrastructure networks. The landscape work is including but not limited to soft landscape, hard landscape, grading, fences & gates, public irrigation, street lighting, signage and landscape lighting & wiring. The item includes the structural, MEP and Finishing works for primary pool, 3 secondary pools,  kids pool & kids’ splash pool.
