ATS has implemented a process-oriented approach to its management system. By identifying and managing the top-level processes within the company, we minimize the risk of discovering nonconforming services during final processes or after delivery. Instead, we proactively identify nonconformities and risks in real time through actions taken within each of these key processes.



ATS has established a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) based on the ISO 45001:2018 framework. This system serves as a foundation for documenting and enhancing our operational practices to prevent work-related injuries and promote employee well-being.
Certification and compliance with ISO 45001:2018 support our organization in achieving our desired outcomes and demonstrate the effectiveness of our health and safety management system. The documentation of our management system translates our corporate commitment to incident prevention into a systematic and continuous set of processes. We employ appropriate methods and tools to reinforce our proactive approach to improving performance.
