Arabian Construction Company has been awarded the contract for construction of a residential tower at Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The property will be located within the Cove District, a masterplan community by Tamouh.

The project comprises of 2 basements, ground floor, 4 podium floors and 36 residential floors encompassing 435 apartments, with an approximate built-up area of 122,442 m2 and would stand as tall as 156.5 meters upon completion. The main scope of work covers structural works, architectural works, MEP, conveying & equipment, interior fit-out, landscaping and external works. The development will have 2 basement exclusively for car park facility (to house approximately 662 vehicles, with specific areas allocated for school buses, visitors, people of determination, and residents). The project consists of 1,2,3,4 and duplex apartments with terraces of varying sizes and accommodates swimming pools, fitness centers, multi-purpose room, BBQ terrace and children’s play room. The development also profits from a premium waterfront position and the location boasts proximity to various existing facilities on Al Maryah Island such as the Rosewood & Four Seasons Hotels, Galleria Shopping Centre, Cleveland Clinic and the upcoming Al Maryah Central Mall.

The current contractual completion period is 32 calendar months and once completed the development would add another landmark to the evolving skyline of Al Reem Island, reflecting ACC’s commitment in constructing state-of-the-art living spaces.
