Al Nakhlah (formerly known as MIG) Tower

The “MIG Tower”, currently known as Al Nakhlah Tower project is a design and build project located at Al Aqeeq area, Riyadh, consisting of one distinctive office tower. This includes construction of three basements, ground floor, 27 floors, two garden floors and three technical floors.

The work includes all structural and civil, architectural and MEP works with all associated builder’s works and internal finishes. MEP scope of works shall cover HVAC, plumbing, sanitary works, fire fighting, electrical and LV systems.
