Saudi Arabian Construction Company (SACC) has been awarded the contract for the construction of Alinma Tower, the new Head Quarters for AlInma Bank in the capital city of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project is located in Al-Yasmeen District, the northern side of Riyadh. This 213-meter-long tower, with its unique style of architecture, encompasses 42 stories of Grade ‘A’ office spaces to accommodate more than 2,000 staff of Alinma Bank’s workforce. This unique Tower sits in a vibrant locale in the capital city of Riyadh, with easy access from two main arteries, namely, the King Fahad Road and the King Salman Road.
The project’s key components are as follows:
• 42 story office building (214m tall) with a total built-up-area of 151,714, accommodating approximately 850 staff.
• 7 story basements for car parks and other services
• 4 story support / service building comprises of Tier IV data center, several multi-purpose halls, in addition to showrooms, cafes and childcare center.
The Tower is designed by the renowned architect – M/S/. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and will be completed in a span of 36 months starting March 2023.
