Saudi Arabian Construction Company (SACC), the local operating entity of ACC Group LTD and ACC Egypt (Joint Venture), has been awarded the contract to build a 5 Star hotel, comprising two towers with an interconnecting bridge. The Plots are located at north of Al Masjed Al Nabawi (Holy Mosque) of Makkah, KSA at the intersection of Saad Bin Moaz Road and Obaida Bin Al Jarrah Road.
This twin tower luxury hotel stands 14 stories tall (each) with multiple basements for Tower 1 & 2 respectively. The development comprises of 435 guestrooms, suites, retail outlets and offers collaborative venues, technology-enabled design and three culinary concepts under Sheraton’s refreshed F&B philosophy. The twin towers, located in between a 32m wide road will have link bridge to connect them.
The Sheraton Taiba hotel offers world class dining facilities, luxury retail outlets and a unique coffee shop located on the bridge roof.
